Financing Your DVD Kiosk Business Franchise! Home

So what do you charge? Well several factors are involved here, like how close is the nearest Redbox, video store or other competitor. Taking into account that most of the price will reflect simple convenience for the customer you will charge anywhere from 1.99 the first night to 2.99 the first night and .99 cents – 2.99 the second night. This is an area that I cannot nail down for you; you will have to adjust accordingly. I can say this start high and work your way down, because if you start low then increase your rental you will disenfranchise the customers that you have secured.

Fact: Once a customer rents from you they are about 85% likely to return.

If you have a lot of Redbox locations in your area you probably do not want to get into this business. I am not talking about one here and one there because you will most always have a Redbox someone near you. But if they are on every corner in Walgreens, Wal-Mart, McDonalds and some of your local chain store grocery store, then as the saying goes “Forget About It!”

If you plan on financing of your DVD kiosks I don’t have too much to say about this one because it is such a broad speculation of your finances and capitol. I will say this, if you already have a business then try to get a SBA because the payment will be so much lower than a personal loan or credit card. Remember you will need 8-15 machines at some point if you want to make a full time living in this business. >>>>NEXT PAGE
